  Netta is incredibly professional and helpful! Not only did she provide the services that brought me in, but, she was helpful in updating information and ordering new checks while being sensitive to the rush I was in. She was also extremely personable and well dressed. Definitely my choice for a Downtown Jax SunTrust!

  What a great branch! Becky Ellis is by far the best teller I've EVER seen. She's always there to "help me shine" with her wonderful demeanor and exceptional service! Go Team Riverside!

  I had a car loan through SunTrust, and the few times I've been in the branch they always remember me, and have been very helpful. I now have a business checking account with them, and so far so good!

  Jamal is a condescending bank teller. Free checking isn't free at all.
