  I went thru the drive threw around 9:30. The individual working the window you could not hear nor understand what she was saying. Never once did she appear on the monitore which is so impersonal. It took me 25 minutes for my transaction to be completed and then she sent me 50.00's without asking if I wanted that denomination. Since it took so long for the transaction I wasn't about to send it back in for change. This individual needs more training in customer service or replaced in the window. This was the most unpleasant visit I have ever had. I use this branch a lot and have never had this much frustration in completing my banking business.
