  Uptown branch is across the street from our business - very convenient. Since uptown branch is closing, we must change bank, payroll services, auto pay, etc. Big hassle. Not convenient to drive to another bank when there are at least 4 within 1 block from our business location. So long Suntrust.

  Cute building but on the things that matter to a bank, not too hot. ATM does not accept deposits. No weekend hours. Staff were adamant I couldn't get cash without an ID so I had to do a separate transaction at the ATM in the same room.
