  My name is Richard Russo and I own a Senior Placement Service called CarePatrol . I have worked with Gary and his team for several years for both his home care business, Fairfield Family Care, and his Senior Residences called Sunshine Senior Residences. I have placed several residents with Gary over the years with great outcomes. These are ranch style homes that have basically been gutted and refitted with new everything. Kitchens, bathrooms, floors, AC's, heating. Four residents live in each home and have an awake caregiver there 24 hours a day. For those who do not want to move to an assisted living community, then this can be a good option for you. It is also priced very well in this market place. Great option.
