  I'm the woman did a beautiful job on my hair. But I waited almost 3 hours even though I had called ahead of time and was told I can get in right away

  DONT GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE MISTREATED. I've been going there for several months. The last time I went there they were completely unprofessional. One lady told me she only does braids therefore I had to wait for Mimi. Once she came all she did was color my hair. The braiding lady kept checking on the color. Which made me question her judgement. That day Mimi had her daughter and was rushing me out the color though it was something I wasn't happy with. MIMI said it was mother daughter bonding day. ???? I'm wondering what kind of business is this, for you to rush me when clearly you took me in as a client. Anyway after the color was out Mimi left with her daughter. The braiding lady was left with my hair. SHE ATTEMPTED TO STRAIGHTEN MY HAIR. It looked terrible. I will never refer or go back to Sunshine again.

  Benny did not express professionalism when a misunderstanding occurred a few months ago. My last visit she over charged me and was not friendly at all. Been a loyal customer for 5 years, brought family and friends to this shop for service, and was always kind to them. After the way Benny treated me on my last visit - You will never see me at Sunshine or refer a friend. (Pictures: Profanity on the bathroom walls that’s been there for years, unsanitary storage room, dirty sanitation station. and a pest that crawled out of the upstairs storage room while under the hair dryer) Be careful how you treat loyal customers.

  Our hair appointment was at 9AM. The shop was not open until 9:25AM and the two ladies at the shop were only able to braid hair and not style it. The owner was supposed to style our hair but we waited 3 and half hours for her to arrive. The worst experience I have dealt with. Don't come here unless you want to waste your entire day waiting around.
