  I don't really write reviews but I wanted to about my experience at Sunrise in Holbrook. I went here about 8 months ago and decided to write a review. There is no eye contact or acknowledgement that you walked in or even standing in front of them at the desk. I stood at the desk waiting to ask a question as I signed in and one girl was on the phone with a personal call and just ignored me and kept talking on her phone and the other just did not look at me and when I started to speak she said .. just sign in, we will call you, never looking at me. Then as I sat, I watched one constantly texting on her phone and also taking calls from it. There was no one in the back that they were helping and since they are the ones that draw the blood they were always at the front desk. I sat there for a good 50 minutes or so just waiting for my blood to be taken and finally I get called and again - no acknowledgement or hello - not even a smile. What a turn off. If I can give 0 stars for bad customer service and lousy personalities I would. Cheer up girls - be friendly and courteous - you have a job & that's part of it!

  Not a pleasant experience unfortunately. We had an issue with our script for blood work for my son and had to leave, but then when I wanted to come back just to ask a quick question about how long the turn around time would be for the results, (since I had to come back the next day,) the receptionist just shook her head 'no' as I was outside the door. There were four minutes left until they were officially closed and I mouthed that I just had a quick question, and instead of coming to the door and checking with me or verbalizing anything, she proceeded to just shake her head no and look away. Very rude and disrespectful- I have learned that if there is little to no care in simple conversational delivery, the chances are slim that there will be good care in handling such important results for patients.

  I have been going here for sometime now, I can honestly say this is a wonderful friendly place. It’s the only lab that I will go to,! They are very friendly, prompt and courteous.. it’s a first come first save basis. Saturday’s especially in the morning, I find are the busiest. You might have to wait.. everyone gets there when they first open up, so naturally you will have to wait.

  The staff at this location is always as prompt as possible and very pleasant! Any time I need bloodwork done, this is the only lab I'll go to. I especially love Tammy!
