::So aggravated made an appointment for my daughter a month prior for her to have a root canal they call me the DAY BEFORE HER APPOINTMENT to tell me the Dr doesn't 'feel comfortable' doing the procedure. So stupid they called and texted to verify the appointment and after waiting for a month they call a day before and cancel it smh unprofessional and a waste of my time!!!! Wish I could give NO STARS!!!

::Dr. Roxanne was awesome. Made me feel comfortable with great conversation, explained to me what she was doing throughout the time I was in her chair. She did her work very carefully, took her time and I was never in any pain throughout the process. Dr. Hofner took time to meet with me as well, even though he had other patients and looked over my x-rays and what all had to be done to me at the time and made sure I understood the procejures. Very professional, detailed, kind and very good at what they do. Even the front desk people were wonderful. I recommend Sunrise Family Dental to all my family, friends and my even my own customers to go there for any and all dental work!

::Immediate Response: I sent this office an email Friday night requesting to schedule an appt. Anticipating being contacted after Monday, to my surprise, I received a text at 8am the following day asking if I can come in at 10:30 a.m. that day! Impressed. I confirmed, yes. By noon I was back at home and looking forward to enjoying popcorn at the theatres by 1pm same day! I am very happy with their staff & excellent commitment in communication. Great customer service!

::I LOVE this place! I don't like going to the dentist but going to Sunrise has made me stop dreading it. Stephanie is an amazing hygienist and she goes out of her way to make me feel comfortable while doing a great job cleaning my teeth. All of the dentists are also very nice. A wonderful place to go if you don't like going to the dentist or even if you do!
