  I've lived in the city of Sunland Park for a couple of years and getting a water bill on a regular basis has always been a huge headache. Now I know it wasn't just me or the mail service because a story ran on KFOX about this problem. They don't have any online access to check your balance or to make a payment. When I asked in person about this type of service, I was told "Oh we're old school here". How unprofessional. But they want to be quick to shut off your service though. They really need to get it together.
