::I got no problem when it comes to the place but when it comes to the staff? THEY HAVE TO THINK TWICE! Their staff are so disrespectful! There’s one Indian nurse that really needs to get fired. Shes lazy! loves to ignore the patients and she always shouts at everybody. If you guys don’t take action for it. I’m willing to take this to higher management. You guys shouldn’t hire just a nurse who is licensed. It should be a nurse that’s willing to do her work and being disrespectful with the people around the facility. And if each reviews about your place is right? You guys should just shut down your operation cause the people you be hiring is destroying your business.

::If you enjoy being ignored, neglected, bullied and spoken down to then Sunharbor is definitely the place for you! You’ll appreciate the inattentiveness and non caring attitudes of most of the AIDES when they tell you they will be right back and never return...when you ask them a question and they say they are not your friend... when you ring your call button to use the bathroom and wait 40+ minutes to go... when you ask them to reach for something for you and they say it’s not their job. I ask you— Whose job is it? I would welcome the chance to talk to the Owner of Sunharbor and NOT to Elliott or his assistant, Pina ...who have been non responsive. May 4th, 2018 - 90 degrees outside and NO AC on for elderly residents. Shame on you Sunharbor!

::Disgusting, shameful place. Should be investigated by the Board of Health and closed down. The on-staff doctor is absent, neglectful and should have her license revoked. Who gives TWO high blood pressure medications to someone with LOW blood pressure?!?! The Physician's Assistant (Ashley) is a useless joke, the social services staff is nasty, uncaring, and rude to family. The one thing this place is VERY good at is billing Medicare for services NOT provided. Please do not send your loved ones here! Ask your hospital about home care first. If I knew about the home care option I would NEVER have sent my parent here.

::My father was a resident at Sunharbor Manor for 3 months following a fall/broken leg. During this time, he was non-weight bearing and dependent on staff for grooming and toileting. The employees on 2 South did a great job meeting his needs, they were prompt, attentive and affable. The nurse manager and nurses always took time to answer my questions. A Nurse Practitioner visited daily, all of my concerns were addressed in a timely fashion. My dad went to physical therapy 5 days/week and I am forever grateful to this wonderful group of people for their inspiration and patience. No matter how slow my father’s progress, the PT team remained optimistic and encouraged him to work within his limitations. Thanks to their hard work and positive attitudes, my father is home and able to get from bed to chair to commode, with assistance. I found the Social Work department to be diligent and adept at ensuring interdisciplinary collaboration. The facility is clean and appears to be well maintained. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of activities going on, music, bingo, poker nights, to name a few.
