  Review is specific to the Sunglass Hut on the Southwest Corner of the main floor (by 34th and 7th Ave). Expressed interest in a pair of sunglasses and instructed I only had interest in buying a packaged pair. In other words I did not want the one on display. They tell me to wait then after a few moments instruct me to pay presenting me with a pair of sunglasses in an open plastic bag. I asked them to produce the ones that we just picked off the display to which they responded with "I don't know where they are, we can't find" as they proceeded to ring me up. Needless to say, I walked out. If they were actually upfront about not having additional inventory I might have purchased them. And people wonder why the internet is taking market share. Note to management - I will pay a premium for good and honest service over a commodity product any day, anywhere. Get on board with the new competitive reality.

  The men's selection at the basement level is far better as there is a better selection for men. The staff are helpful in looking up a model you like. The main level is far too busy and staff at the front section can sometimes be overbearing if not annoying. Ask if they're any sales going on. The staff might be able to hook-you-up even when something is not advertised.
