  I just went to the Macy's sunglasses hut at cherry creek mall to return my Prada sunglasses which I had purchased 2 days ago. I felt it was big for me and since I am paying $$$ I wanted it to be really nice. The girl at the sunglass hut counter was very rude, she said " didn't you know it was big when you bought them"? I have a Macy's card and shop very often and I barely return things I buy there. And I mentioned to her that I bought them couple of days ago and she again with a rude tone says "i still have to check for scratches", of course why would I have a problem with that? I never will go to this place, so disappointed. I have been very happy with the customer service at other counters but this one is the worst in Macy's!
