  Excellent customer service. Stopped in today and was greeted by the salesperson and told him what I was looking for. He found several really good options and and helped me select the perfect pair and fit for my face And - he didn’t choose the most expensive pair! He also repaired my old pair of sunglasses. I never felt rushed and he was extremely courteous the entire time!

  Just went a few hours ago & was helped by Monique, bought a pair of Raybans and Oakleys for an amazing price! Super happy with my new purchases! Definitely recommend this location— amazing customer service and was treated with respect. Store was super clean and she was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely be buying my next pair of sunglasses here.

  Place is horrible tried to get a return on some sun glasses and they wouldn't let me when I spent 292$. When I bought them they put my name in a system in case I ever had problems and when I did and went to return them they said I wasn't in the system. They screw you over there don't even waste your money and the lady with blonde hair and poorly drawn eye brows is very rude. That lady loves to argue. It's a bad business. The promise a Guarantee but it's a lie.

  I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AT THIS STORE! I paid 300.00 for some Gucci glasses only to find out they were COUNTERFEITED, I was so upset, went to return them and even when i showed the the receipt, they REFUSE TO ADMIT THEY HAD SOLD ME COUNTERFEITED GLASSES. I was sure North Star Adminitration will back me up! WRONG! THE LADY THERE WAS AS RUDE AS THE ONE AT THE SUNGLASS HUT BOOTH AND TOLD ME THAT IT WAS SOMETHING I HAD TO TAKE UP WITH THE OWNERS OF THE PLACE. NO HELP AT ALL, THEY TELL YOU THEY HAVE GUARANTEE BUT ITS A LIE, im TRYING TO FIND OUT WHERE TO REPORT THEM, 100% ILLEGAL
