  Bought Tiffany & Co. shades here and 7 years later, they are still in tact!! Got the warranty as well so any Lens Crafter will take care of them!

  The store promised to accept returns with”no questions asked”, but when customer discusses this return policy, they threatened to throw the customers out. Extremely rude clerks and very unprofessional attitude. Don’t ever think of returning a pair of sunglasses here, no matter what they promise.

  Walked in 3 girls standing around didn't greet me. They said hi after 4 mins & didn't ask me if I needed help. I came in to see if I could exchange an item . Girl told me that what my glasses has was a scratch. Well the original receipt I had was w that policy but she couldn't do anything. She had to call another store to verify.

  Called in to find a specific pair of sunglasses and was helped by a woman named Veronica she was so helpful to get down my information and call around for the item i was interested in and said she would call me back in about 20min she called back in 5.. said she found them and was holding them for me at another location...Thank you very much Veronica your service was very much appreciated...Now this is for Sunglass Hut i called 5 or 6 other locations and was told a flat No did not have item one girl didnt even know there was two other locations in the mall very poor service...you need more Veronicas just saying$
