  Bought a pair of clearance sunglasses during Christmas. While at work I walked right into a ladder and scratched the lens. Called to see if they sold lenses there and they didn't. The employee looked around and found the same pair and swapped me out for free. I know they're not supposed to swap for scratched lenses but she went above and beyond. Will keep buying here.
