  Terrible. Went there for a return and was told she couldn't do it because the glasses had a gift receipt. Called the store they were bought at and the corporate office and both said it shouldn't be a problem. For some reason Canal Place couldn't handle it. Went to Metairie shop and it was done in five minutes.
