  After a nightmare at another cert clinic.... I came here as a walk-in on a weekday right before noon with no med records. It took about 30-35 minutes and I was done. No hassle. Staff were very nice and site was clean. Longest part was waiting for AZDHS to mail me my card which took 11 calendar days. Thanks!
