  I have used public transportation in most major cities. Tucson has the worst bus system I have ever used. No transfer points. Bus drivers will take off at transfer points. They wait for you to walk up, then slam the door in your face and drive off. I've seen them do that to elderly people. Bus drivers are teamsters so they won't help you or answer any questions.

  I've been using suntrain for a few years now and the drivers got a lot less friendlier than when I first started. The drivers miss bus stops that people want to get off and miss people who are waiting at a bus stop. The prices continue to go up from what was a $1 ride with a two hour two transfer ride to a $1.75 ride with no transfers unless you have a sungo card.

  Bus drivers slam on there brakes always waiting till last minute to stop so there slamming on there brakes throwing u around in ur seat a lot of the drivers has bad attitudes most of the ppl driving the buses shouldn't even be driven public transportation buses

  Way below par ! with a messy network, terrible schedule (missing the bus on some routes means waiting for as much as an hour for the next, no service past 8pm on some, etc.), terrible service. Some riders (#4, #6, am sure other routes too ) are straight out of hell (beer, badmouth، attitude, looking for trouble). I am sure they can do better and they should. Still a good deal-

  Today getting on route 11 north bound at country club and Valencia I had to get off the bus at Palo Verde and Valencia because the bus driver turned to go north on Palo Verde. I asked when they changed the route because I normally get off on Alvernon and Valencia near the highschoo? She explained to me it doesn't go that way unless it's going south bound. I explained to her I've been on the bus just days before and got off there. She said no I'm sorry and got off. I had to walk further than normal. I was very disappointed and called suntran the rep Evelyn said the driver was suppose to go to Alvernon and Valencia. I rely on the bus for transportation and today was very disappointed. After paying a full fair and getting off at the wrong stop because of her negligence or miscommunication on routes.
