  Sent my bikes in for a tune up with S & S. Employees I talked to on the phone with and in store really talked up the tune up, and how nice and clean the bikes would be. The bikes came out and they were just as dirty as when I brought them in. The employees were nice, and did a quick wipe down with a dry rag, but it was a complete let down from what was promised to me as part of the service. It makes me wonder if anything was really done to the bikes in the first place, since they looked exactly the same as when I dropped them off. I asked if there was a checklist or some way to see how the bike fared on their "12 point inspection" and they said no. Ok then. Just a very dissapointing experience overall.

  Came in and they were helpful from the start! Ian immediately showed me what I was looking for and make recommendations based on personal experience. Emilie was very patient and pleasant at the register as I looked up price matching options. When the website didn’t cooperate with my browser, Steve stepped in and confirmed it for me! Great service. Experience is worth it!

  I came in and gave these guys a real unique challenge and they did awesome. I took an expedition vacation to Antarctica! I needed to be outfitted for it. They never had that before. They really came thru and were able to get me all the proper gear for such an adventure! I recommend them big time!

  Awesome bike shop inside! Ian is super helpful & knows his stuff he's been to Barnett & while he doesn't brag, it shows in his quality work. Definitely worth a visit for the bikes & bike shop.
