  I have come here many times over the past two years, the staff are always friendly and helpful and my bike always leaves in way better condition. I have had experience at other bike stores where I felt I was charged for unnecessary work or over charged for minor things, but here they always have my bike ready that day and the cost is always less than I expected. Plus you can leave with coffee nothing bad about that.

  Wonderful experiences time and time again. Knowledgeable staff and great coffee. Love my new Trek, shawn helped me pick the right option for me and Tim expertly assembled it !

  This place gives you straight and sincere bike expertise with heart. I was very impressed by the husband /wife owned operation. As a typical New York "know it all", I generally walk in to bicycle shops knowing what I need done. As a caution, I was immediately explained that my job might escalate to "x" point and cost. I agreed since tandem bikes definitely involve some nuances. To my surprise, my son and I returned early to find our bike in tip top shape, way under the estimated cost and the condition of our first ride was amazing! Habitual bikers use many shops city wide birthday I really like this place and the attitude is a welcome sweetness.
