::First time here today for mom & the staff went above & beyond. They have a high level of professionalism & were expeditious with the appointment. They explained the process of how the results are obtained including how long it takes. They made mom feel comfortable & she walked out with a smile. The entrance front desk woman should also be commended for her professionalism & courteous manner. Keep up the great work!

::They billed me twice for the same service and I just received a third one! I called and found out it was a mistake! If I never paid attention, I would be paying for third time for that one service although my balance shows zero balance. Be careful people!

::Went in for my 2:30pm appt with Dr. Ferrazzoweller. When I get there I'm told I will need to reschedule as my appointment is a 2pm. I explain my appointment was not scheduled for that time as I confirmed the time through the portal yesterday and I had confirmed my info through their link yesterday. So when I go back into my portal the appointment is no longer displaying not even the 2pm they claim I was scheduled for. So when questioned why wasn't the info in the portal anymore I was told they didn't know but the only option I had was to reschedule as the doctor doesn't see patients at 2:30pm. I was so aggravated with the lack of service not to mention I had taken a day off with no pay to be told I won't be seeing my doctor. The doctor is an amazing doctor but when a facility doesn't care about my time knowing I definitely know I was scheduled for 2:30pm and you can't explain why the appointment is no longer in my portal but all other appointments show yeah that's when done. So I'll be switching to another facility that can actually provide great customer service and respect your time too as I'm not receiving these services for free!
