::I purchased a pair of Marc Jacob sunglasses from here on 7/7/2017 that cost me $150.00. A small bolt felt out of the side of the glasses that holds the lens in place after only 60 days of ownership. When i went to the store to see if they could fix the glasses i was met by a rude woman who claimed to be the manager, she provided the worst customer service and on top of that gave me no solution to helping me out with repairing the glasses (since the issue was clearly not my fault and was just poor craftsmanship) this was one of the worst customer service issues i have ever had to handle considering it was supposedly management who was helping me. I went to Sunglass Hut and they had tools and bolts to fix my glasses right on the spot for FREE! Do yourself a favor and go to Sunglass Hut when purchasing a new pair of glasses, they offer excellent customer service and they are more than happy to help you repair any faulty glasses for Free. Summit Shade only wants your money and once they get it, expect no help from them if you have any issues with your new glasses!
