  Excellent neighborhood bakery in Howard beach in a newly remodeled building. Prices are comparable for the area. Staff was extremely friendly on a busy Saturday afternoon with majority of tables occupied by customers. We even picked up a package of bagel chips from them.

  Love the food but it can get pricey. Will usually walk in & the place is full, not with people eating but with people from the neighborhood just hanging and talking- there was no place to sit & eat. I'm cool with that but then Sugar Bun needs to expand to accommodate them with an outdoor cafe/ more space for their "gatherings".

  To go breakfast is always good. It must be one of the best bakeries I have ever been to, so much to choose from. The only negative I would have to say is they are closed on Monday.

  Lord have mercy, they were busy but everything we got was delicious. Everything was within reason as far as pricing and they were pretty accommodating considering how busy they were when I went. Try those Italian cookies and make sure to get there early to try something from the kitchen

  I love the bagels & coffee here. They also have great sunnyside up eggs. The staff is friendly & eager to please. The atmosphere here is warm & friendly. The entrance & seating truly is handicap-friendly, however, a person in a wheel chair/scooter may need assistance in the unisex restroom. I would rate this five stars if both the restroom was truly handicap-friendly & they offered organic options.
