  Ashley is an amazing stylist. She’s been cutting, coloring and styling my intensely curly hair for at least 4 years. Her new salon is gorgeous and in a great location. Not to mention she’s a great human being too!

  Best color and stylist in town. Hands down! I always leave Ashley's chair with flawless hair. Plus, the new salon has a wonderful atmosphere and a beautiful modern decor. I recommend Sugar and Shears to everyone!

  I was coaxed into getting a facial. I can be a bit of a stubborn guy, but I begrudgingly agreed - and am SO glad that I did! What a treat! It felt amazing. And my skin looked really great afterwards (something I never pay much attention to usually). Karina is slowly helping me be more conscientious about taking care of my skin. I'm very appreciative of her dedication to her work. And I finally had the pleasure of getting a haircut from Ashley! I know a lot of the reviews on here are for all of her talents with women's hair, but she does a fantastic job with men's cuts as well; she really cleaned me up!

  Ashley is so fun and great at what she does! Every time I leave I love my hair. She continues to give me what I want all while maintaining the health of my hair. I love their selection of products also. Very affordable!

  Ashley is an amazing hair stylist and it's about time she had her own business! I'd equate her experience, expertise and customer service skills similar to that of purchasing a car from a luxury dealership...the knowledge, the attention to detail and the level of service you get is unparalleled. It's just so much better than the average dealership or hair stylist. If you're looking for a stylist who's work is truly her art, Ashley is your girl. I've had a number of crappy haircuts in the last few months because I keep trying to avoid a commute from Bothell to Seattle to see Ashley and guess what?...Every time I learn a very hard lesson and Ashley has to fix my hair. If cost or commute are a concern of yours, trust me she's worth every cent and minute...you'll pay more to see someone else in the long run...either in embarrassment or repeated attempts to get a decent haircut. The best news, her salon has free parking in the garage and if that's full very easy access to street parking or other lots! Do yourself a favor and become a client, you'll be entertained and come out looking like a million bucks!
