    Too many unfavorable experiences in spite of improvements. You meet some friendly, well mannered bus drivers, it is evident many are doing the best they could in this faulted transit system. One of the irks that affected me are unmarked bus stops. That is one bus stop sign on one side for buses going opposite directions on the same street, same route. This is what happened; when I stood exactly across the side having bus sign some bus drivers purposely pass by me in spite of me signaling in advanced. Their reasoning may be; "that side didn't have a bus stop sign. I don't need to stop for him wherever he has to go." There were many times the bus drivers did politely stopped on the street sides of no bus stops, but it is often confusing. I do not use the SCT app which is priced at 99 cents on Google Play or elsewhere. The Citymapper includes the Suffolk Transit buses and has been reasonably accurate on their arrivals and delays. Also, it is free. Note: Update; the SCT app is now free, it's no longer 99 cents.

    Unbelievable that the signage to identify the bus stops are missing and they don’t replace them. Called them once and they said that they are aware of it and when they can get to it, they will get to it. Wow...

    The bus company runs on their own undocumented schedule, their unregulated drivers use phones freely while driving they Are nasty and unhelpful when you call customer service. The buses are old and under kept as they break down regularly. Reporting and issues go ignored using any method, including social media. Pictures/video showing drivers on the phone yet drivers return don't the same thing. Writing letters to city officials doesn't do anything to help either.

    If i could give no stars i would the service is terrible the buses are never on time. Most of the drivers are rude. The buses stop running way too early. And they really don't care when people complain.

    Im literally wasting 45 minutes on hold listening to the same thing. Their bus stops are at random corners with no sign. Just learn how to drive!
