  I had never used a moving/relocation company before and had no idea how it worked . This company went above and beyond ! Wrapped all my things carefully and delivered so fast . Tina and Shayne were amazing ! They made it so easy ! I can’t thank you enough !

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have had nothing but painful experiences with them. I have storage with them and trying to get good out to ship has been nearly impossible and getting a quote to move items equally difficult. These people are unscrupulous. Go elsewhere!!

  What a mess. Suddath promised me that they would have me all moved in in one day. Instead they changed my move to multiple days without informing me. The movers notified me of this change half way through the first day of our move. When I was informed of this change I called our moving cordinator. Out of town. I called her back ups. No call back. So on my first day in my new house I had no furniture despite my contract being for a one day move. My next contact with the company despite my having called them was a bill. Once I finally reached my moving coordinator she pretty much told me there was nothing she could do. She called her boss and they just asked that we pay the bill. the worst part is they know I am upset and they just do not care. Possibly the worst customer service I have ever had. I would rather carry my possessions on my back from place to place than move with them again.

  We used Suddath Relocation Services (former Horizon Moving) working with United Van Lines to move from a large house to a smaller house within the city. Had a very good experience, starting with Lynette Wells, the sales representative for Suddath, staying in touch with her via texts regarding setting up the move and providing materials. She brought us plenty of cartons to use. Later on, Lou Salvo was in regular contact with us throughout the move and afterwards and made sure things went as smoothly as possible. Really appreciated their attentiveness. The local packers and movers were all very professional and polite guys and did a great job. Would definitely recommend this company.

  This was the best move we've ever had and we've had a lot!! The sales rep was fantastic and helpful throughout; a contact person was assigned to us as we got closer to the move and she called and checked in several times before, during and after the move. The driver and his crew on both ends were efficient, on time, communicative and friendly. They handled our goods carefully and professionally. We cannot say enough good things about this company. They made this move out of state as easy as possible.
