  The worse subway in Jacksonville!! Bathroom doors are kept locked and you have to get a key to get in and the place is FILTHY...walked out without buying anything!

  Um what time do they open 7 or 8? I've been sitting outside craving a sub since 6:45. A guy in uniform walked in around 6:55. Another man not in uniform showed up in a green van @ 7. 7:03 another guy not in uniform showed up. All locked the door behind them. All seen me sitting out here waiting. Smh. It's now 7:15 & I'm leaving going to another Subway. 30 minutes wasted because they are either opening late or have the wrong info online. Change your details or be on time! #Annoyed

  The turnover rate is bad, but the service is still very fast and they keep the store clean. It's also good to see security in the plaza because it seems to be retarding the people loitering and begging.
