  On sundays is supposed to open at 11 am, it is 11:10 and nobody is around. "Great service"

  fresh bread and fresh ingredients cashier was nice as well but Subway sub I've had in a long time

  The bread was old and paper thin and they gave me only ONE napkin. There's also no public restroom and they don't accept groupons at this location. Cheap management.

  The owner didnt even care we were there, the bread was old, asked for toasted and we got half toasted at best and all limp. He was rude completley. Even got to watch him blow off some customers waiting for food while he went out for a smoke break and they were still open! 0 stars if possible dont go

  Worst Experience Ever! I work in ybor and how they handle business is outright shameful. I was even told by an employee I shouldn't have ordered there before being hung up on. I even watched as the MANAGER cursed his employee out about remaking my sandwich. He told me not to come back because I got my sandwich remade that I paid for. GLADLY!! Thank God an officer was next in line before me. I could really tell he didn't want to give me my sandwich or a refund.
