  I came in at 7:30pm and ordered 3 sandwiches for my family. They close at 9. The guy making my sandwich scoffed and visibly got angry. Made me feel a little bit uncomfortable. I've been coming here for a long time and I usually try to tip well because they work so hard. But I think I will just go to the subway by the Dimond mall from now on. After a long day of work, the last thing I need is attitude from someone that has to do his job. He didn't even have to finish the sandwich so I don't know what his deal was.

  Excellent customer service every time I choose Subway.. Veggies are always fresh and crisp and the cookies are always fresh.

  I like this Subway, this one was clean, organized, and faster than tacobells drive thru.

  This is by far my favorite Subway location. The workers always make eye contact and pay attention to how the customer wants specifics. I walk in they smile and even have made efforts to remember me and my order. Never have had an issue with these fine ladies and gents. And the quality has always been top notch, even when I accidently cut it a little close to closing time.

  You went from a great review from me three months ago to poor as of today. I ordered online and sandwiches weren’t toasted or made how we ordered them. Didn’t know they were out of cookies until I went to pick up the order and they literally had two cookies left. I checked my receipt to be sure the order came across how we requested and it did. Your employees just didn’t look at what we wanted and didn’t care apparently. Only plus was the young lady that handed me our order. She was very friendly and professional and apologized for the cookie issue. Management needs to step it up and give the employees more training. We will take our business to firehouse until there are improvements made. Our sandwiches were just awful.
