::I am the customer who the previous reviewer is talking about. I was so blown away by how I was treated. I am glad that the previous reviewer had made there post. I have been going to Subway for years and getting same sandwich as requested, flatbread not toasted. The way I was treated and what the cashier told me literally had me speechless. I just calmly left the store. Here is the kicker. Went to the store on South Blvd and got my sandwich just just like I wanted with no problem, flatbread not toasted. I have contacted Subway corporate and filed a complaint. In a nutshell stay away from this Subway stores and their rude employees.

::First impression on walking inside this place smells of bleach. Food seems okay.. service is okay too. Have seen much better service in other subway branches. Do drop in if you need a quick grab to go.

::This place deserves below a 1 star!!! Brittany the store manager was very rude and unprofessional, and disrespectful!! In all of my dinning experiences IN MY LIFE, I have never received such POOR service! I called in advance to ask about the coupon policy and was told that I could use my coupon as my coworkers and I needed. When I got there the manager argued with me that, "I was not told that!", pretty much telling me I was lying about what I was told on the phone! She began to make the sandwich anyway, so I assumed she was going to honor the coupon and what her employee told me. She blatantly treated me rudely through the whole sandwich making process, then at the register took my coupon, tore it up, throw it away, and told me STILL the wrong price! When I said to her that the price was still not correct per the coupon, she picked up all 3 sandwiches, SLAM them in the trash and told me, "you can just leave and find someone else to help you!!". I have never been so embarrassed, as there was other customers in line as well. Is this what Subway Franchise allows!!?? I called corporate and I will also call the Better Business Bureau and Action 9 news! IF a owner is not in contact with me within the 2 business days as corporate told me!

::Worst experience at our neighbourhood subway today at around 8pm. We asked for a meatball marinara sub, and the girl at the counter, told it wasn't there, and then walked out on us, not giving even 10 secs to think of which one to order instead. That too when there was not much crowd at the place. She went to a table and started having her dinner. This was an absolutely weird and totally unexpected of her, as we stood there looking what she was upto. Finally, we had to walk out and yes there are other subways near by, so not a big loss for us. We will not be coming here anymore. P.S: I usually don't rate a place so badly, unless it is really bad. And this place wasn't a great exp always. However today's was worst.
