  Rude Staff, I walked in and within 30 seconds this young lady rudely said, "Are you going to buy something?" I worked retail for a long time before becoming a network engineer so, I understand how things should go. I believe a field trip to Starbucks is in order. Not for me, but for the Staff. I will say this, the guy who was there was polite and professional but that was overshadowed by his co-worker's behavior. UPDATE: Like other customers I have been ignored in the drive through. I'm done with this place and since there are other options, it's no loss to me. I am absolutely surprised this place stays open. This is a "1 Star" establishment.

  So they like to lock the door when you pull up and run to the back and wont answer the drive thru

  Took way too long to get my order . Over 10 minutes and no one else was ahead of me . And I was overcharged for extras I neither ordered nor received and my sandwich was missing veggies I ordered . Horrible service . I guess that's what happens when you bring in new district managers and fire the old ones . I thought you were supposed to be making Subway better Aurora

  I like this subway. The people are nice and friendly and the service is good.
