::Every time I come here it's more inconvenience, with more whiny signs posted everywhere about how it's not the business' fault. "Oh no we can't accept normal subway promotions that everybody else somehow can, because of the labor shortage." "Oh no we had to replace all the ingredients with random stuff you may or may not be allergic to because of supply chain issues, good luck with that." "Oh no we had to close ALL the bathrooms because noncustomers use them and cleaning supplies are just soooo expensive." It's hard out there for all companies and consumers, stop whining and take some responsibility for your own business. Would not surprise me in the least if this owner reduces wages and steals their employees' tips too and blames everyone else for making them do it.

::I understand with covid there are alot of restrictions going on, but if your food lobby is open there is no reason why your bathrooms are closed. I work driving on the road so when i stop for food i like going where bathrooms are of use. Never stopping here again.

::I went with my kids and my wife to this place. I had the worst service ever. Employee name IDALIA was so rude and Disrespectable to me in front of other cutomers. Once i was done ordering my food and getting ready to pay, i dealt with this Rude/Awful employee. She forgot to charge one of my kids a fountain drink. i Assumed she did....While I was trying to fill out my cups. She screamed from the cashier at my kids and me claiming i didn't pay for one of the drink. So i explained to her that i thought you did..She kept giving me attitude in front of other customers for no reason. I would simply payed for that drink if she ask politely and was so nice about it. I told her she can keep one of the cups and i asked to speak to the manager. She ignored me... I even asked for Manager name..Her answer was no manager working today, she kept ignoring me. I asked her for her name. She Shouted her name at me. I was so embaressed, my kids kept asking me, Why is she so rude dad. I just couldn't believe this person work in costumer service. I had the worst experience...Lazy/rude/arrogant Employee. If i was the owner of this place. She would of being so fired. I heard others complaining about her attitude...unacceptable .. Never ever Come back to this place.

::I’ve been to a few subways before and have always enjoyed my experience but the customer service and vibes at this place didn’t feel right. My boyfriend and I regularly visit the area for the cuteness of the town and we decided to eat here since we love the food but we will not be returning to this place after today. The two employees who were on duty weren’t welcoming at all and there was a language barrier which made ordering difficult - they got frustrated with us when we told them we couldnt understand them. Also, the way the employees went about cleaning the tables was quite loud as one employee dragged the chairs across the floor, making a lot of noise. I was trying not to pay them any mind at this point, but then the two employees started to talk obnoxiously loud between themselves and hearing that paired with the classical music on the speakers above was just overwhelming. Maybe I’m just uptight -I don’t know - but it wasn’t a pleasant eating experience at all. Hopefully those who decide to go here will have a better experience than me.

::The tables are dirty. The staff are not familiar with the hygienic culture. A worker used a dirty glove, asked her to use a clean gloves, refused, reacted arrogant, then denied serving me. I talked to the incharge who was at the cashier, said will take care of it. Then exchanged smiles with the same arrogant worker. At that time I realized it was not the workers fault. It is so simple the owner does NOT care.
