::I got robbed! at this Subway restaurant! and I know exactly who the Thief is! the Thief is this Subway restaurant! I placed an online Order, they took my Order and Charged my Card; Then I got a Cancellation! Kept trying to call the Restaurant but the Line was Busy Busy Busy! Finally arrived in Person, only to be told that WE’RE OUT OF BREAD!!! What about my money??? “That takes 3 to 5 business days”. So, this Restaurant just robbed me of $15 and I get nothing in return! They’re a Thief, Subway, a THIEF !

::Very rude and unprofessional store manager who is disrespectful to customers! Placed an online order for delivery on their website. After an hour with no food or updates, I tried calling. Multiple calls, no one answered. I sent an email. After another 30 minutes, my friend went to the store. Nicole, the store manager said their phones were down, but they had no record of the order. My friend showed her the charge on the credit card for the order with the store number. Nicole said we could have made that up and refused to do anything about it. Human resources replied to my email and said they were looking into it, but now 4 hours after the order was placed, we obviously went elsewhere to get food.

::Got a meatball sub, picked it up and the bread completely fell apart from being soggy. Wasn’t toasted when instructed to be which probably would’ve prevented this mess. It looks like a dog threw up on my wrapper.

::It was fine. Not sure what other reviews have a problem with. They were nice. Albeit a little slow. But yeah good service like the food.

::Tried to grab a quick sandwich here while driving through. We waited 5 minutes and no one showed up. Then someone said the only person working was really sick so we left. Need to hire more people!
