::It always seems to me that the chain is out of something. Last time they were out of the cheese to make a Philly cheese steak sandwich. This time they were out of steak and substituted it with roast beef. Not the same.

::Me and my husband went in and ordered the monster foot long and the Mexicana footlong. By the time we got home which is only a 5-minute drive from the store we ate. Immediately we both could tell something was not right. The ranch and the chipotle sauce were extremely sour, the avocado was bad and the bread tasted old. Sheet two bites they were thrown away. Waste of $30, Overall the sandwiches were disgusting.

::Seems like prices went up here. Cali fresh is over 15$ for just turkey. Line was out the door with only 1 worker on the line. She seemed like she was new. Had to wait about 25 minutes to even get my order started. Something is off with the management and service at this location.

::Poor customer service! I went in and ordered a sundwich yesterday 3/10/2022. to the Subway at 2648 Watt Ave Suite 101, Sacramento, CA 95821. The lady running it gave terrible customer service. Not only did she and the younger male employee present at the time ignore me for the first five minutes in the store, (with only one other customer in front of me), but then when it was my turn, I asked her to make me a cold turkey sandwich, footlong on sourdough. She made the sandwich alright, but then overcharged me for it. When I asked her about it and asked for a refund of the overcharge, (she at first agreed that she charged me too much) but then she got confrontational, and refused to correct her mistake. She ignored me for five more than 5 minutes while I was waiting for her to give me the change back (she was helping one customer) and did nothing about it. I told her that she gives poor customer service and that she has lost Subway a customer. It was not that much money, but her poor handling of the situation, was disrespectful and theft. Frustrating!
