::This subway needs to retrain its employees! I went in for one sandwich that took me 45 min to get. The older lady that was attending first didn’t replenish anything for the next shift( I went before 4) as soon as the other employee walked in to clock in the other person left leaving her with the rush hour. I will not be returning to this subway!! Good luck!

::UPDATE: 11/15/22 They have apparently fixed these issues. No problems with hours for the last 6 months +. A bit slow at times, but generally speaking they have returned to being a run-of-the-mill Subway. ORIGINAL: They're not open. Went roughly 2 hours before they close according to online hours and the hours posted on the door. Lights are on, open sign lit up, but they're closed. 0 stars. Either fix your hours or fix your staffing.

::Sign says they close at 10pm, we arrived at 8:30pm, lights were on, dining chairs weren’t put away, OPEN sign was on, but the door was locked. Also, there was a female employee in there, as soon as she saw us heading towards the door, she went to the back to avoid servicing us. We ended up going to the one on E Plaza Blvd, next to the new Auto Zone, and I’m glad we did! Other subway offered great customer service.

::I ordered through the app. Was told it would be ready by 1:25 that's a good 20 minutes from my order time. I arrived on time and my sandwich wasn't even finish, the people working didn't even greatyou, it's as if though you weren't even there. The women who were working zero customer service. The sandwich was supposed to be toasted, it was cold. I ordered a bottled coke, and when I got there I was told I can only get fountain. Most likely won't be visiting this subway anymore.
