  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Ordered a catered sandwich for a meeting at work. I was very specific about putting mayonnaise and mustard on the side (not on sandwich) yet when we received the sandwich it had mayo on it. Also requested all toppings be put on the side and did not receive those. Tried to call several times to confirm my order and instructions could never reach location by phone. When I contacted customer service and complained they offered to replace the sandwich but then called back saying that after reviewing camera footage they did not see the employee put mayo on the sandwich. So basically they called me and 15 of my coworkers liars!! we will never order from this Subway again!!

  Been going to this location off and on for 8 years since it is close to my job and they NEVER have soup. I work evenings so I am there around 7p. Not once have I gone and they had soup. They are always short staffed and out of ingredients. The one guy who is always working usually has a bad attitude like my asking him to make me a sandwich is getting on his nerves. I'm done dealing with him and this location.

  Been to this subway tonight and would never go back, I place my order for footlong Italian herb and cheese bread the worker told me they don’t have any so I settled for what he said they have. While I was getting my topping a few people came in and ordered a the same Italian herb and cheese bread 6inches which the employee immediately pull out and started making their order. So I immediately ask how come you just told me they don’t have any more or than bread, he had no response and I told him I don’t want my order anymore because they had they type of bread I wanted and chose to LIE and I don’t understand why.

  First time I've eaten breakfast at Subway. Not too shabby! I had a decent Fast Food egg, ham and cheese sandwich. I'll go again. This l location was clean without a wait.

  This place has slipped as of late. Used to go to this one every few months but this last time it was below average for a subway and I go to different subways often. The two workers there were trying and courteous but slightly overwhelmed. Main problem was they were out or nearly out of many different ingredients (like only 2 kinds of cheese left, out of some breads, and half of Veggies gone). The ones that were there seemed less than fresh. It was a bit late at 8:45 pm but seems more like management issue here rather than employees. Considering there are 4+ subways within 5 min drive it will be a while before I give this one another shot.
