  Very bad experience! Staff don’t know how to make a proper wrap. They were out of half of the condiments. Never going back here, for sure.

  Doubt you will see any new reviews went here during prime lunch hours and the door was locked with no indication of any employes. They do have updated hours posted but if you dont have anyone to work you can't say you're open.

  The food was pretty good, better than I was expecting. The people who were at the counter were pretty nice. The thing I liked least was the restroom. The toilet wasn't in great looking shape.

  They don't chop salads anymore, and the bowls are different. So you still pay $8 for way less salad. You have to buy 2 salads (at $8 a bowl) to make your salad the size it used to be when they chopped it and had bigger bowls. This is obviously a money-making tactic designed to cheat their customers out of a fair amount of food. The amount of salad you are given is tiny and not worth $8. The poor lady working was alone and had been alone all day, so this location is short staffed. She was working very hard to get through the customers. She got our order handled quickly. She was very nice. They were out of several items ( stuff like meatballs, cucumber, bell peppers, rotisserie chicken). Food is decent. Its ridiculous how they advertise prices so dishonestly though.

  I have eaten at many Subways around Memphis before. Almost always it has been a good experience. When I walked into this location tonight, I expcted nothing less. I was greeted promptly any restaurant appeared to be very clean. However, The whole experience changed. I ordered cheesy garlic bread meatball sub. I saw a sign for it in the window that made it look really good. Apparently get must be a little extra work tonight because the guy behind the counter mumbled and grumbled the whole time he was preparing my order. The next customer in line ordered the same thing, He continued to complain about having to make this sub. On top of this he put entirely too much garlic spread on the sandwich in the bread is actually soggy even after being toasted. Give you are a Subway fan, I would advise you to pick a another location because the service at this location is pathetic.
