::Went to this subway with a coupon for .50 cents saving on a six inch sandwich. They refused to honor the coupon stating they do not take coupons because subway will not reimburse them. We were informed of this after we had already ordered and the sandwiches were started. We love subway , but will never return to this location!

::The worst customer service I have ever experienced in San Francisco, and Subway overall. Very agresive personnel that doesn't answer back to any questions you may have. If you can, avoid going there.

::This is a good subway! The staff is all super nice. I feel bad for them that they have to deal with the local druggies and close the bathroom and bottom area.
