  I didn't think you could mess up a simple cold sandwich but this lady did. Older woman, green shirt, lots of eye makeup. The other two girls seemed to know what they were doing which is why I gave it 2 stars. The other lady just tossed the ingredients (not even exaggerating, the lettuce was in a small pile on the middle of the sandwich) and wrapped it up. She didn't even fold the sandwich over so it was closed and then just squished it down so everything was falling out and flat. I've never had a bad subway sandwich before this. Very disappointing. Probably won't be coming back here.

  Service is an understatement. 3 girls behind the counter and took them 10 minutes to even say hi. I can see why this location 3 stars . This location is literally a joke.

  On September 2nd in the early evening, I, a gay man, was out with one of my straight male friends doing some shopping. I wanted to pay for our food, so I told the "sandwich artist" that we were together, as in our food was together. She stares at the two of us, gives a side glance, and says, "You better not say that too loud." My friend and I were shocked and frankly confused why in Pittsburgh was this woman being homophobic. Like an idiot, I forgot to grab the receipt to complain later online or call the manager. Point is, this Subway left quite a horrible taste in my mouth...
