::The food is decent (it's Subway), and the staff are friendly. However, recently they have begun to take mobile orders. They only keep one person on staff it seems. The last few times I have come here, I have had to wait quite a while to start my order (and so have the people behind me). The mobile orders take priority, which only exasperats the problem. I have no problem with the location having an increase in orders. However, if the work increases, the number of workers needs to as well. EDIT: Recently, they have had 2-3 workers there during busy times. So the main complaint I has has been resolved.

::Had THEE worst experience today after being a long time customer - the Hispanic woman at the counter misunderstood my order (although very simple - Turkey/Ham add Salami) after making the sandwich incorrect twice, I asked her to start over and repeated my order again. She got frustrated and began to make it (again incorrectly) and it was very sloppy and not appealing at all. When I pointed out how she was angrily making my meal she slapped her hands on the counter, threw them in the air and walked away very rudely. I decided to leave but returned when the store was empty to speak with the manager. I tried to explain my experience to the manager, he would continue to interrupt me, telling me "that didn't happen, I was right there..." Although he wasn't there, he was on his cell phone in a corner by the entrance. I asked him to let me explain my issue - he raised his voice at me and told me what I said was untrue - I offered that he watch the cameras and listen to the audio. Once I reminded him of how often I come there and how much I spend each visit, he offered to make my sandwich and gave it at no cost (appreciated). But this did not make up for the horrible service that was rendered by the hispanic woman - nor the fact the MANAGER told me I was lying about my experience, yet offered me free food for the trouble...? I came here to eat throughout my entire pregnancy and there after... After today, I will NEVER return to this establishment. As a paying customer, being called a LIAR about horrible customer service is very off putting. After exiting, the hispanic woman yelled out very sarcastically "Have a great day!!!" which I felt was a bit antagonizing and unwarranted nor desired at that point. Such unprofessionalism is sickening...

::I go here because its the only healthy cheap food near my work... But the guest service is terrible- I'm never greeting, usually there's the same angry Mexican woman who rolls her eyes and doesn't say hello. I don't see them wash their hands before putting on gloves. One really young guy who was midway making my sandwich went to open a door for a disabled individual- fine- but with gloves on, then came back to making my sandwich with dame gloves! They chat to each other as they make sandwiches and ignore you, and make no attempt to hide that they're not washing hands, they're touching their hair, etc. I really hate having to go here.

::Lady had problem just because I spoke English! And rolled her eyes...then she said something about we don't speak Spanish to the other worker and she said no but she speaks English and I asked if there was a problem because we spoke English... They were so rude! And the other lady had her kids inside behind the counter...
