  Dissapointed. I stopped in here because it was close on my way back home. Usually I watch them make my order but I was too busy on a work phone call so I told them exactly what I wanted. When I got home to eat what I got was one slice salami and one slice of cheese. It's all lettuce and mayo. I called and spoke to the manager and he told me to bring it back and they'll make another one. As this was out of the way I specifically told that I can't and I will be back tomorrow afternoon for lunch. The manager said it was okay. When I went back the next the associate very unhelpful. She implied that I was lying and that she can't give me a new sandwich. I'm not cheap so paying for a new sandwich was but it was the way they handled the whole situation. Customer service is non-existent. Won't be coming back to this location unless they fix it and handle it accordingly.

  It’s a ripoff. Very little ham and even less vegetables in the sandwich. They don’t have honey mustard or regular mayonnaise by the way. They don’t have this, neither do they have that. In a word, they don’t put as many ingredients as other subway branches do. First and last time visit. Avoid it.

  Gave us an attitude because we could not understand what she was saying due to the fact she has such a thick accent. They lost us as a customer. We will never go back. Standing right there waiting for her to make my sandwhich and she asked the gentlemen behind me what he wanted. She even looked right at me.

  I read a review about a free cookie . I had the same experience. She said she doesn't accept that coupon on her store. The other time when I came to this store she accepted the coupon. Also, I bought 2 subs that day. Maybe as appreciation she gave me the cookie. That lady's been nice to me. Staff is always nice too. The store is always clean. I come here often.

  I came here the first time to avail my free subway cookies via t mobile tuesdays. The lady who I believe is the owner has issues and was constantly making faces when i asked for cookies. She is rude and doesn't come across friendly time. The 2nd time when i went to avail my free cookies and have a sandwich, before my order was taken, no greetings, all she had to say to me was that we no longer serve free cookies because its a headache, to push me away from taking an order, only realizing later i was also going for a sandwich. She doesn't know how to operate a business and if she is not the owner... SHOULD BE FIRED!
