  It was very unpleasant very loud i got pictures of two roaches that were in my room no window screen TV's barely work the hotel staff is very rude to everyone it's a 15-20 minute wait at the front desk everytime I go there cause the staff puts a sign up and just leaves for extended periods of time phones are never answered last time I was there the African American hotel staff yelled at my grandma about food we left upstairs for the maids to clean as is there jobs to do and now I understand why we got yelled at ROACHES this time when I went in there alone he tried to tell me he had to throw the sheets away and that I owed him $40 for the sheets even tho I was never billed the last time as well as last time I was there there was water in my tub undrained

  It's crazy the urgency to collect payment. I got a knock on my door at 11:23. Check out is at 11. (Even though they know I have reservations well until January!).If they had same urgency to get rid of the roaches would be amazing. I've had to stay here without running water, almost 2 full days without a working toilet. Granted it's going under construction, paint on 3 outfits... Nothing. The Ghettooness that takes place at the front desk is disgusting. This place will leave you speechless, not just cause every week the price goes up with no washer dryer but the nerve to charge you for laundry 🤣 . I swear you're just waiting around for Ashton.... To tell you for 515.98 you have been PUNKED

  Let’s just say when I called up front about my room cigarette smell, they made me clean it myself. Naomi acted like I was an inconvenience. Third hand smoking is a thing, yea I did throw up. In fact I’m sick right now because of that room. Also; the Kitchenette didn’t work. Called about that they said deal with it. They tried to charge me extra for pillows and blankets. My son has sleep apnea and we shouldn’t be charged extra for that considering the whole down stairs is being renovated it’s not taking from any rooms. They also did the card key wrong leaving us out in the cold for a bit. Then when disrupting the employee eating dinner about it he passive aggressively gave us the right card key. We travel a lot. We rent rooms airbnbs and we aren’t high maintenance. We hate to complain, but jeez what terrible service and what terrible rooms. We won’t be back After the renovations .

  STAY ANYWHERE ELSE. Rude front desk lady I think her name was sue. Constantly rude to me and my family . Nasty smelling rooms and I don’t even think they changed the sheets pillow was full of nasty stuff. No screen on window. COCKROACHES everywhere they do nothing about it walls were nasty I don’t think they have ever cleaned them. The shower doesn’t drain & the toilets leak like crazy. They don’t do anything about any of the issues you bring up. Worst hotel ever. Hopefully as they remodel they get rid of there rude staff and bugs.
