  I took my son in around 4pm yesterday. He tested positive for covid. The doctor said wait here while I get your paper work ready. 5 minutes later this young man said, "you can leave the room now" which was rude and unprofessional. I said, "the doctor said to wait here for my paper work" he said "there is no paper work u can leave" is this normal???? Not to leave without paperwork? Last time I checked you should always leave with paperwork....

  I've been here 3 times total. First time ran perfectly. Second time the facility was about 5-10 minutes late to open but after that was great. Third time I am here an hour after they are supposed to be open and no one is here, facility is closed - no explanation and no answer when you call. Hope they understand the inherent issue of an urgent care facility not being open for business.

  Totally great experience. No wait at all. The check in process was super simple. The nurse and nurse practitioner were absolutely fantastic. She explained everything so well and was just very caring and genuinely nice. Highly recommend

  MY EXPERIENCE WAS SUPERB. The receptionist was most cordial, professional and helpful. The Doctor was even better. Not only did he have a great bedside manner, but he rather quickly diagnosed my problem to my great relief. He prescribed precisely what I needed and even showed my an app which discounted my medication.

  I have been calling 2-3 times a day. I called this am and they said “no results “ so I was like okay you need to call the lab, this is ridiculous. They said they called on Wednesday, but also never called me back. She emails me the report... it was done on the 8th!! 3 days ago... I have been out of work an entire week and I made that abundantly clear when I spoke to them waiting for these results. Do not recommend! Nothing punctual... if they can’t handle returning ONE lab value, how would they handle anything more serious? Also... She emailed the results, not encrypted or security pass required - this is a HIPAA violation so be careful if you have sensitive information testing or disclosed to this office as well.
