  I was hesitant at first, I didn't like that no one answers the phone... But, email response is quick, website is easy to navigate, shipping is fast, and the best part is, I've spent about $700 with you folks, and everything is indeed OEM Subaru, and you CAN'T find better prices, anywhere! You guys rock! Thank you

  Asked if they could stock an item that wasn't listed on their website - it was added to their catalogue and available to order within a few hours. Ordered the item and paid for shipping to an international location - item was shipped quickly and arrived pretty quickly. The shipping was a little bit more than I'd have liked - but given their great service in adding the non-stocked item and sending it very quickly I was more than happy in the end.
