::We bought a used forester from a different dealer and there was an oil leak in it. The dealership where we bought the car was going to take care of the payment part but we had to get a rental car. When the car was ready but the dealership still hadn't paid Garcia Subaru they gave us a loaner car for free so we didn't have to pay another day for the rental vehicle. They looked over the car as well to make sure that the oil leak wasn't the only major problem, so that we wouldn't get stuck with another problem further down the road after our warranty ran out.

::Ok. The first day I went to look at a Subaru the salesman was cocky, unhelpful, and disappeared (i think he was wasting his time.) I think I rather drive over 100 miles to another dealership and spend my money with people who appreciate my business. This dealership is NOT the holy trail or Subaru l, and NOT the only one in Texas or nearby. I think I will go buy a car from a dealership who appreciates their current and new customers.

::Dealership does not negotiate pricing at all, prices are all at the high end of MSRP and then some. Went to the dealership itself to try and talk about pricing, I was there for around 30 minutes with no help employees were just sitting around doing nothing. I guess being the only Subaru in El Paso gives them a lot of leeway.

::Review for the service department is great. It's so easy to schedule appointments online now. And when you come in, there's no bottleneck of cars when you drop it off, which was an issue when they were moving into the new building, but not now. The service, including the car wash, was completed on time (within an hour), which was great! The service advisor are friendly, and helpful. I have enjoyed my visits. They could use a little more coffee selections for their "gourmet" coffee, and that would make it even nicer.
