  My seller was Mike Provilon, he have been really nice and professional at all moments, he sold us a Subaru Impreza limited and we couldn't be happier with it!, he answer all our questions and he took the time to explain us every new function of the car, he also took care of us today when we pick up the plates and the attention he give to us was nothing less than excellent!. I highly recommend him as your seller. My whole experience on Richard Lucas couldn't be better, every member of the staff is very professional. Buy a new car always tend to be a stressful experience and this is the first time i enjoy the whole experience.

  pleased with the service I received. I took in my 2017 wrx because it was making a very odd sound and lacking in performance. I did not buy the car there. Ryan was very helpful and accommodating when it came to scheduling the appointment and keeping me updated on the progress throughout. Jason, a service manager put my car on the lift and very quickly was able to diagnose the issue. I got work done outside a subaru dealership and they forgot to put back a few bolts on my exhaust system. Jason was very helpful explaining to me exactly what was wrong and what caused it. I will be taking my car here in the future.

  Mike Provilon just sold my wife a new Subaru Outback. His friendly demeanor and professionalism was contagious. We walked us through every step of the buying process and made it effortless. He was able to answer all our questions and solve any issues we had. I would highly recommend Mike as your salesman here. Jay walked us through the final financing procedure and helped us get an extended warranty and even took care of us for being repeat customers here. This is a friendly no hassle dealership.

  I Had a great experience in this dealership, this is my second time leasing a Subaru and both times I got an excellent service the whole team were very professional. I would definitely recommend working with Angel, Joe, Gregg and everyone in this place. I most definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family. Excellent service.

  Went to their website to work out a lease on a 2018 outback. Seemed like a pretty good deal and thought we would go for it. The sales rep was nice and friendly and very helpful. After I gave him the numbers the website provided to me and he came back with a higher rate and the down-payment doubled. We wanted a breakdown to the fees and he brought the manager over. He tried to break it down and he saw it one way and attempted to explain his reasoning, but it made no sense. There were so many fees on top of the down-payment that I may as well have bought the car at that point. Then when we didn't see it his way he would shoot back 'smart' comments to us and was aggressive. I do not recommend going to this dealer because they do not honor their own deals.
