::I scheduled John to assess my boss' refrigerator at 1:30pm. He did not show up. When I called, he told me that he would arrive before 4pm. He never showed up and did not answer my calls or my text message. Now, my boss is livid with me, which is very frustrating.

::WOW! These guys are incredible. We have a Subzero 611 that went dead after hours. I left a message. A repair person named John called me and proceeded to walk me through all the things I could do to NOT NEED A SERVICE VISIT! Remarkable responsiveness and helpfulness. ::Very disappointed. I just called and was connected to the "emergency" line. I was rudely told that I was not calling during normal business hours and call someone else. If you don't have service off hours don't have an emergency line.

::My Sub Zero 561 needed repair so the dreaded job of finding a Sub Zero repair center that won't rip me off and can be trusted began. I live in Montclair, NJ and the only service center around here is L&J in Hackensack, but with their nasty attitude i swore i would not call them. I also used a guy in Bloomfield but he was also not a nice person and i decided on finding another route. I went to Google and wrote down the names and numbers of all the listed service centers in NJ. This was my lucky day when the first call i made was John from Sub Zero Repair New Jersey. We spoke on the phone and i explained the problem. I knew i needed a large job done which was to strip the inner walls out of my side by side to access the evaporator coil which had a leak. This job is time consuming and can be very very expensive but after talking to John and receiving a very fair price i figured i'd take a chance with this service guy while keeping my fingers crossed hoping he was good and most of all honest. This was my lucky day. Qualified and honest is what i got. What a straight forward nice guy. He was neat and careful and completed the job in a few hours. I was so happy to find this guy i'll never need to look elsewhere. The refrigerator is running for two weeks now and maintaing 38 degress and purring like it was new. Happy Happy and thank you John. I've told my friends with Sub Zeros about you. Next time my Sub Zero goes down i won't have to start sweating with fear of needing service.
