  We purchased a Groupon for cut and hi-lites, made an appointment then when my daughter got there was told no time for hi-lites have to reschedule. I'm sure this is a bait and switch technique . Not a great way to keep or get new customers.

  Wow! Ella is amazing. My family never EVER comments on the way my hair looks, but they did today. (and all I really had was a trim). This is the second time I've been to this salon, and Ella is the reason I came back. She's like a magician-with a scissor replacing the wand. I highly recommend this shop. It's low key and understated with great service at a great price.
