  Quite possibly the rudest staff I have ever encountered in a food establishment. They act like they are doing you a favor taking your order and making your food. Nasty attitudes from the guys behind the counter. I seriously think they would be happier with zero customers. And forget about phoning in an order. They get it wrong all the time.

  I order a toasted plain bagel with tuna salad. The bagel was not toasted, it was cold. I do not like cold bread. It's the small, simple things. Disappointed.

  Good bagels. Good prices. Decent coffee. I didn't always get what I ordered, so I started writing it down on paper and handing it to the counter staff. Always check your order when you get it. Other than that, they are quick and easy to see from 25.+

  Get bagels here for the family every weekend. Even when it'scrowded there is never a long wait. Bagels are fresh. Coffee is fresh. Staff is friendly. Highly recommend!

  Worst egg sandwich I ever had. It was put together half assed the cheese wasn't melted the bacon was barley there. I am always disappointed every time I get something here. The egg sandwiches don't even come with the standard tea or coffee. On another occasion this guy wanted butter on the side to put on his bagel and they wanted to charge him $2.00 for it, unbelievable! they also use dirty gloves to make your bagel it's the same gloves that they just used at the cash register. Avoid this place.
