::I called and made an appointment three weeks in advance for an updo hairstyle for a wedding with their receptionist. When I got there, they told me I didnāt have an appointment! Turns out the girl who I was scheduled to get my hair done with quit and they didnāt bother to call me or reschedule me with anyone else! They just canceled out all her previous appointments. So I ended up waiting an extra 20 minutes just to have my curled by their receptionist bc the other stylists were busy with their other appointments. Couldnāt even get my updo that I originally wanted done bc the receptionist took years just to figure out how to curl my hair, so I ended up leaving with my hair down and curled (something I could have done for free at my own home) bc I was on a strict time schedule for the wedding! And then the actual hairstylist had the audacity to take over curling my hair during the last 3 minutes just so they could charge me for an actually hairstylist styling my hair! Definitely a disappointment and only booked bc of the social media hype. So unorganized and unprofessional.

::I made 2 appointments before they actually built their salon and they both cancelled on me! The first appointment they cancelled on me hours before my hair appointment and I had already taken PTO from work to cover my hours gone. They didnāt even try to reschedule me. Anyways I gave them a second chance and they did the same thing to me! I was pissed and never gave them a chance again. Be careful ladies!

::I Went in to get my hair done Friday (on my birthday) and left crying. After being there for 5 hours I left with something completely different than what I asked for. Now I am trying to fix my hair for work and it looks absolutely awful. The stylist got upset when I told her that it wasnāt what I asked for. She didnāt even want to style my hair. Her reaction was āwell, letās get you out of this so you can leaveā Iāve never felt so embarrassed and humiliated. I paid because I didnāt want to make it seem like I planned to get anything free but now that Iām looking more and more at this hair, I shouldnāt have paid anything!

::Love the place and Monique! Facility is very clean and everyone is welcoming. Monique has fixed me numerous times! Came in a hot mess and left feeling confident again! She has always given me what I want and exceeded my expectations! Will continue to come back!
