  Absolute disaster! A portion of the flowers were wilted, if not outright dead. The quality was so bad that I felt ashamed that I sent these to the person I love. FF phone response was perky and weirdly semi-apologetic. Never again.

  Never received the flowers despite email saying delivered. There is no one picking up the phone.

  I ordered flowers for valentine's day, paid for a particular arrangement, and paid for the premium version of the arrangement and didn't receive what I ordered. It for one didn't look like what I ordered online, and it was smaller than the basic tier even though I paid for two tiers higher. I called the florist after it was delivered and the girl who answered the phone and gave me a very bad attitude and told me the manager would call me back. I am still waiting for this phone call days later. Beware of this place.
